Use Cases/Examples

Zone-Triggered VCheck: Leaving Home

This client is required to perform a VCheck when leaving the home to explain where he is going.  When driving away from the home inclusion zone, his VCheck24 app automatically alerts and asks him to check in.  The agent receives an alert as well.

Daily Scheduled 9pm VCheck

This client is required to perform a daily VCheck at 9pm and this provides an opportunity to make any additional statements or provide input to the supervising agent.

Drug Court Client - VCheck Showing Drug Patch

This client is wearing a drug patch as a condition of supervision and the agent has instructed him to VCheck daily showing that the patch is on and to prevent attempts to tamper or abscond from the program.

Zone-Triggered VCheck - Arriving at School

This individual is required to perform a VCheck when arriving at school to prove attendance.  The agent created a Zone of Interest around the school location.  Upon arriving, the client is automatically prompted by the VCheck24 app to check in.

Auto Message/Reminder - Anger Management Class

This individual is required to attend anger management class regularly.  His supervising agent set up automated appointment reminders through the VCheck24 client messaging feature.

Weekly Monday Morning Scheduled VCheck

This individual is required to perform a scheduled VCheck every Monday at 8am.

Breath Alcohol Sobriety VCheck

This individual must prove sobriety every day through the use of a portable breathalyzer.

Making Up a Missed VCheck to Remain Compliant

This responsible individual missed his scheduled VCheck, so after leaving work he performed a self-initiated VCheck explaining why he missed his previous check-in.

Zone-Triggered VCheck: Arriving at Treatment

This client is required to perform a VCheck when arriving at treatment and other court ordered appointments.  The agent created a Zone of Interest around the treatment facility and upon arriving, the client is automatically prompted by the VCheck24 app to check in.

Virtual Home VCheck

This client is performing a VCheck showing the surrounding environment in the home after the agent sent a VCheck chat message to do so in order to complete a virtual home visit.

Ankle Monitor Integrity Check

This client is performing a VCheck showing his ankle monitor to prove that there have been no attempts to tamper with the unit.  He was prompted to do so by the agent via the secure VCheck24 in-app messaging.

Zone-Triggered VCheck - Arriving at Liquor Store/Bar

The officer in this case added zones of interest around bars and the local liquor store.  Upon arriving at any of these locations, the agent receives an alert and the client is prompted to check in.

VCheck24 replacing          In-Person Check-Ins

This participant was rewarded for good behavior.  The supervising agent has allowed him to check-in remotely through the VCheck24 app, eliminating the need to find transportation every week and freeing up more time for work and family activity.

Zone-Triggered VCheck - Arriving at Work

This individual is automatically prompted to perform a VCheck when arriving at work.

Proof of Program Completion: Anger Management

This individual is documenting proof of anger management program completion.  The VCheck video captures the earned certificate and the client. 

Proof of Taking Medication

This mental health court participant is required to check in every morning showing that he's taking his prescribed medication.
